Marion is a senior sales and marketing executive with a proven record of building some of Calgary’s most enviable community brands as well as developing leading-edge sales, marketing and place-making strategies. She is experienced at leading teams through change, developing and executing profitable business strategies, and building strong stakeholder relationships. Marion’s expertise is the culmination of 18 years of progressively senior sales and marketing leadership roles with Hopewell Residential, one of Alberta’s largest and most respected developers. Marion’s responsibilities include strategic corporate management and driving growth by spearheading sales and marketing strategies for all of Section23’s projects. She is a graduate of the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Communications and Advertising Accredited Professional (CAAP) – a recognized industry standard in the Canadian marketing community. Marion participates in numerous committees and boards including her most recent role as Board Member of the CHBA - Calgary Region from 2011-2016.
