Chris’ wealth of experience in the development industry includes executive leadership and management, land acquisition and investment, project financing, investor relations and housing operations. His expertise was honed during a 16-year senior tenure with one of Canada’s most respected developers, Hopewell Residential. Chris’ primary responsibilities include the development and implementation of Section23’s strategic plans, guiding the company’s housing, project acquisitions and real estate investments, and leading a dynamic, performance-driven team of experts. A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan and SAIT Polytechnic, with executive education qualifications from the University of Calgary and York University, Chris spearheads Section23’s municipal relationships, and participates in numerous committees and boards including his past role as Chairman of the Urban Development Institute (UDI Calgary).
